Frequently asked questions

Getting started

Pallyfi is an all-in-one accessibility platform: Pallyfi OnCall (an AI Accessibility Engineer with 11 focused tools) for day-to-day WCAG guidance, an Accessibility Scanner for on-demand and scheduled scans, a standalone Color Contrast Checker, and a Team Workspace for collaborating on fixes, all built around WCAG 2.2.

No. Everything runs in your browser at app.pallyfi.com. Sign up, verify your email, and every tool your plan includes is available immediately.

Yes. The Free plan gives you 5 Pallyfi OnCall requests a month with no card required, and every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial.

Pallyfi OnCall (AI Accessibility Engineer)

Pallyfi's AI Accessibility Engineer: 11 focused tools covering explaining an issue, suggesting a fix, generating alt text, drafting an accessibility statement, auditing code (Code Auditor), reviewing ARIA, simulating a screen reader, generating test cases, planning keyboard interactions, prioritizing issues, and checking contrast, grounded in a WCAG 2.2 knowledge base so answers cite real criteria instead of generic advice.

One of the 11 OnCall tools. Paste a chunk of HTML or JSX and it runs a hybrid check: real axe-core rules for deterministic findings plus AI review for issues automated testing alone can't catch, such as unclear link text or missing ARIA context, each finding links to the WCAG criterion it violates.

Its answers are grounded in a dedicated WCAG 2.2 knowledge base (400+ spec chunks) and, where relevant, real axe-core rule output, not general web knowledge, and each of the 11 tools has a prompt built for one specific accessibility task rather than one generic chat.

Yes. A request to any of the 11 tools counts against the same plan limit: 5/month on Free, 100 on Pro, 500 on Business, 750 on Business Pro, 2,000+ on Enterprise, 3,000+ on Enterprise Pro. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.

Accessibility Scanner & Automation

Site Score (Business Pro and Enterprise Pro) is an on-demand, single-URL scan against the full axe-core rule set, WCAG A/AA/AAA and best practices, with a score and pass/fail breakdown. Scheduled Scans (also Business Pro and above) re-checks one page automatically on a cadence you choose, daily, weekly, monthly, or every N days, and emails you only when something actually changes.

An Enterprise Pro feature that discovers and scans every page it can find on a site, up to 2,000 pages, instead of one URL at a time, and rolls the results into one combined score, trend, and issue list.

Yes. Enterprise Pro accounts can scope a Site Score scan, a scheduled scan, or a site-wide crawl to one or a few specific axe-core rules, useful for re-checking a single fix without waiting on a full scan.

A persistent record (Scans → Issues) of every accessibility issue found across your scheduled scans and site crawls, automatically reopening issues that come back and resolving ones that no longer appear. Enterprise Pro accounts can also save a before/after code comparison for any tracked issue and get an AI-suggested fix from Digger.

Once a day on the current infrastructure. The time of day you set is honored to within that daily check, not to the minute.

Team Workspace & collaboration

A shared space for your team: a chat channel with image/audio attachments, @mentions, and emoji reactions, plus a Snippets section for saving reusable code.

Yes. Any scheduled scan or site-wide crawl can be saved as team-shared instead of personal, and a team owner or admin can grant each member exact permissions per action, view, create, generate reports, delete, export, manage site crawls, and rule-scoping, rather than an all-or-nothing toggle.

Up to 10 members on a Pro team plan, 50 on Business or Business Pro, and effectively unlimited on Enterprise or Enterprise Pro.

The corrected code is automatically added to that team's Workspace Snippets, and you can post a quick note to the team chat, or continue it as a full message there if it runs long.

Color Contrast Checker

A standalone, real-time tool (Tools → Contrast) that computes the WCAG contrast ratio between two colors and shows AA/AAA pass/fail for normal text, large text, and UI components, no scan or AI request needed.

There's also a conversational "Contrast checker" tool inside Pallyfi OnCall for AI-assisted questions. The standalone Contrast Checker page is instant and deterministic, and doesn't use any of your monthly OnCall requests.

Plans & billing

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated, you only pay for what you use. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Pallyfi OnCall is paused for the rest of the month across all 11 tools. Your limit resets on the 1st. You can upgrade at any time to continue immediately.

We offer a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. After the trial, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Yes. Team plans are available on every paid plan, Pro (10 seats), Business and Business Pro (50 seats), Enterprise and Enterprise Pro (custom seat counts). Every team gets a shared Team Workspace, and Business Pro/Enterprise Pro teams can additionally share Accessibility Scanner resources with granular per-member permissions.

Enterprise pricing starts from $99/month, but the actual price depends on your team's request volume, seat count, and governance needs, contact sales below for a tailored quote rather than a fixed self-serve price.

Tax is applied automatically based on your billing location. Your invoices show a full breakdown including VAT, GST, or sales tax as applicable. You can add a VAT/tax ID in your account settings to receive zero-rated invoices where eligible.

Security & data

Yes. Requests are processed in-session and not used to train AI models. We do not store your code or accessibility content beyond what's needed to serve the request or maintain your scan history.

We store scan results, violations, scores, and screenshots, so you can track history and trends over time. Scanning only reads publicly reachable content from a URL you submit; we never require write access to your site or CMS.
