Form field should not have multiple label elements
Why it matters
When a field has more than one associated <label>, screen readers handle the conflict inconsistently across browsers, so users may hear the wrong label or an unpredictable combination.
How to fix it
Use exactly one <label> per form field. If additional descriptive text is needed, use aria-describedby instead of a second label.
